Do you want to be a part of our focus group discussion on alcohol-use? If so, we would like to get your preferred schedule and some eligibility information. Whatever information you provide is strictly confidential and will only be used to ensure your eligibility for the study or to contact you for the schedule of your participation. All personal information will not be shared with any other school or groups.

As part of these focus groups you will be asked for your views on some topics regarding alcohol and alcohol prevention campaigns. It will take 1 hour & 30mins and you will be asked to sign an agreement of participation at that time. If chosen as a participant you will receive a $20 gift card and an eco-bag from the Manoa Alcohol Project (M)(A)(P). So, which of these times are you available to participate in our focus group?
