What is the Purpose?

The “Create, Pursue, Replenish” campaign’s aim is to demonstrate that making the right decisions about alcohol is part of an overall healthy lifestyle.  The ecobag’s message “Care for the land, care for your body” signifies that caring for yourself and for the community can sometimes be the same thing.  MAP encourages earth-friendly activities, including the use of reusable bags and the consumption of home-grown fruits and vegetables, as a way to take care of your body and community.  Similarly, choosing to engage in low-risk alcohol consumption can produce benefits not only to yourself but those around you.

Where can I get one?

The ecobags will be distributed at Campus Center on some Fridays during the Farmer’s Market.  For times and dates check out the MAP blog.  If you cannot make those times but still would like a bag, visit the Health Promotion Program resource room at Queen Lilioukalani Room 313D for a free bag (while supplies last).
